Temp 31, DP 21. 8K tempo in 32:36, split as 6:38/6:32/6:31/6:30/6:25. Worked with Sarah W for the first 4, then soloed the last. Felt OK, very controlled. Could have done it a bit faster, but had to poop during the second half, so didn't want to push it too hard.

Did 4 hill sprints near Golds after.

Breathing was OK - Advair 250/50 plus Qvar. Breathing felt a bit tight during warm-up, so I used the rescue twice before the workout. Breathing good during the workout.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and ginger aide GUs, and berry stroopwafel. Didn't sit well - I think it might be undercooked rice.

Wore a medium-to-light longsleeve and tights - felt slightly cold - should have worn a heavier top
