Temp 44, DP 42, strong wind (Garmin says 23 mph) from NE.
Did 2x3200m, essentially solo-ing both. Split 12:48 (6:28/6:20) and 12:38 (6:21/6:17). Felt OK - dealing with the wind was a bit mentally fatiguing, but a good exercise.
Wore shorts and longsleeve shirt, and felt properly dressed.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and French toast and salted caramel GUs - sat well. (of course)
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - was good.
