Temp 41, DP 36, no wind. Really nice morning.
Legs were pretty tired from Sunday's race, so I eased into the workout, and tried to keep the whole thing relaxed. Despite all that, I ran significantly faster than last week - some of that might be better weather or improved fitness, but I sense it's also that I was running more relaxed.
Splits were 6:19 (hit watch late), 6:09, 2:57, 2:54, 83, 81. 400s felt good. Worked with David K, David M, Maddie, Carolyn, Chris C, and Sarah.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and smores and berry GUs. Sat well
Breathing was Advair 250/50 - breathing was decent.
