Did 2000, 1200, 2x800, 400 in 8:48, 5:00, 3:16, 3:11, 91. 1 lap jog after each in between 3 and 4 minutes (group had some issues gathering)
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs and dark chocolate - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar plus one puff of inhaler - breathing slightly tight at times.
L/R balance at 47.3/52.7
wore tights and heavier longsleeve - slightly hot.
