At WL. did 3x150/100/50 very easy on 2:00 base, and then 6x100 moderate on 1:55 base. For the 100s, swam 1:41-1:45 ish without too much effort. (1:45.95, 1:43.27, 1:43.74, 1:43.52, 1:42.72, 1:41.20)
