Temp and DP 62 (for workout - cooled after). A bit of a wind on the track.
SInce I'm racing on Monday, workout was 3200, and then 1600, trying to keep them under control. Worked with Kate N, Lauren, Jillian, Katie, and Ann for 3200; Laurel, JIllian and I ran together for the 1600. Both felt pretty restrained, which was good.
Skipped squats for injury prevention work, just did single leg deadlifts (2x5 at 20), box jumps (up to 7 risers), and KB swings (1x15 at 25).
