Temp 42, DP 25 wind of 7 MPH from SW
The workout was 2x(1600, 800) - I first modified to 1600, 4x800, and then cut the last 2 800s. I just felt very drained and aenemic - I'm 95% sure it's from the PRP and blood draw. So I just shut it down rather than dig a hole.
Splits were 6:23, 3:08, 3:10; with recovery of 5:09 after the 1600, and 2:30s after the 800s. Worked with Bradford for the intervals.
Breakfast was rice, hemp power, smores and berry GUs - sat well
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus two puffs of rescue
Wore ankle braces; gait biased to right.
Stryd calibrated to 1.0 - measured short.
