Temp 38, DP 27; wind of 12 mph from NW
Did a short workout of 4x400m with 100m float in 96, 92, 93, 93 (first 3 floats between 31-33). Then 4:30 recovery jog before 8x200m with full recovery in 44, 42, 42, 42, 42, 41, 41, 41.
Was happy with this - my fitness is improving.
Didn't wear ankle braces due to cyst on left ankle. L/R balance improved though still off for the fast running. Much better for the easy. I think engaging my right ab is the key.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs, and a chocolate flax muffin. Sat well.
Breathin was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
