Faking Iwo Jima on treadmill. Did 2 minutes hard at 3.0 incline, 1:30 recovery, 0:30 hard, 1:00 recovery. Inclines at 0.5 except for "hill"; kept recovery jog at 7.0 mph.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50, qvar, one puff rescue
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, salted watermelon, and ginger ade GUs.
Used footpod for distance.
