Temp 76-77 during workout, DP of 71, little wind.

Went down to Hains Point, and did a warm-up fartlek of 3:00, 4x30 seconds. Then did 5x4 minutes on, 3 minutes off; trying to run aerobically hard while using both legs equally. Paces were slow - 6:40-6:50 ish, but I kept the L-R balance pretty well, and the HR was in the right place.

Saw Larry Grossman during the run, which was cool.

Got dehydrated at end - had been considering doing some 30 second repeats, but decided not to, since was feeling the heat.

Wore arm-coolers, which helped.

After, did 4 sets of Gambetta circuit - 10 air squats, 5 lunges, 20 quick steps, 5 jumps.

Breathing was good - advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus one puff of inhaler.

Gi trouble, with multiple bathroom breaks before I started workout. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs. I really wish the bathrooms were open on Hains Point.
