Temp and DP 75, bright sunshine.
Struggled on this one. Split 3:04, 3:03, 3:01, 3:03 and then bailed on the last 800 before doing 400s in 90 and 86, and 200s in 41 each. Recoveries of 2:35-2:43 fore the 800s; full recovery for all else.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar, plus 5 puffs of rescue during workout. Breathing tight - felt like mouth was a bit swollen.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores, lemonade, and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
Wore arm coolers and ankle braces.
