Temp 78, DP 71 for workout part. Parked in Georgetown and ran out and back on Cap Crescent, then did 8 hill reps of 31st st, followed by a cooldown. Focused on good form rather than speed.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores GU, and part of salted watermelon GU. Sat OK.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
L/R balance at 48.5/51.5 (better for hills than for easy part)
