Temp 39, DP 31 - nice weather. Workout was a 5K tempo (to be run at conservative tempo pace) and then a mile at closer to mile repeat pace.

Ran the 5K in 20:20 (6:35/6:31/6:29/0:45) and the 1600 in 5:59. Felt very sluggish and off. Tempo was slow, but wouldn't have been a tempo effort if I had run faster. I'm attributing this to the blood I had drawn yesterday for my physical - that always knocks me down for a day or two. HR definitely pretty elevated for a winter tempo.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 135, 155, 170) and good mornings (2x10 at 105).

1 puff of dulera in the morning.
