80 with DP of 70, but I felt so very much better (24 hours off of antibiotics). Overcast and light rain was very nice. Slightly sluggish start, but then felt like myself. HRM was definitely malfunctioning, though.

Saw Beth, Will, and Greg (all separately) on the trail, then George and Sharon on the track. Missed having Jessica and Karina, though.
