Temp 69, DP 66, wind of 7 MPH from SW; pollen of 4.9 (grass).
Parked in Georgetown and ran over to Iwo Jima - it was open, so did 6 hill repeats. Felt sluggish and stiff, but ran surprisingly fast despite keeping the effort controlled. Focused on power on the way up, and running tall on the way down.
After, jogged to Golds Rosslyn, did some quick injury prevention stuff, then ran back to my car. 2 quick hill sprints on 34th before dialing in to my conference call.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, 1 puff Qvar, and 2 puffs rescue before workout. Breathing was OK, not great.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted caramel GUs - sat well.
