Temp 38, DP 32, wind of 7 MPH from North.

Did 8x800 at hard aerobic effort, followed by 4x200 as extended strides. Split 3:09, 3:08, 3:08, 3:10, 3:09, 3:08, 3:06, 3:06 (recoveries of 2:30-2:38) and then 4x200 in 44, 44, 44, 43 with full recovery.

I was surprised that the 800s were so slow. I was deliberately running them on the conservative side to stretch out the workout, but this was slow even after controlling for that. I suspect a lot of it is that my legs are still tired from Saturday's long run. And...I'm also coming back into shape.

The 200s were slow too, but those were into a headwind, so I'm not as surprised by those.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs, and berry stroopwafel - sat well.

Breathing was OK to good - Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue before workout.

Wore thin longsleeve and shorts, and was a bit cold.
