Notes
Temp and DP 57. First workout back - did 3200, 1600 in 12:44 (6:25/6:19) and 5:55. Trailed Brent for both. The 1600 was a pleasant surprise - it felt like my legs were stuck in a low gear for the 3200, but then I was able to pick it up anyway. Right shoe was coming untied during he last part of the 1600, so I had to pull back a bit.
Breathing OK (one puff rescue+advair 250/50).
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, maple bacon and toasted marshmallow GU, and cocount Stroopwafel.
