Temp 59, DP 53. Tempo on the track. Debated doing 4 or 5 miles, but decided to go for 5. Worked in a large pack for most of the run with Jessicas C and R, Greg, Heather, and Lexxie and Bill (who I think dropped early).
We had a good rhythm for the most part - unfortunately, I think I picked up a bit too much at the end, and went above tempo effort (I also tensed up pretty badly, and had to work through it). But still a good workout. Splits were 6:42/6:38/6:34/6:34/6:19. 8K tempo in 32:48.
One puff Foradil in the morning. Allergies were pretty bad - felt very very drowsy.
