Starting temp 50, DP 44; ending temp 53, DP 44. Wind from north at 5 MPH.
Parked in Georgetown and took Capital Crescent up to Bethesda and back.
First 5 averaged 10:00, next 4 averaged 8:27, next 5 averaged 7:27, and then half mile jog.
Felt a bit awkward still running downhill. I think I'm not rolling well off of the right ankle.
L/R balance at 47.8/52.2
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, dark chocolate, and smores/Lemonade GUs - sat well. Took half a salted caramel GU in Bethesda.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar 80 - breathing OK
Wore shorts and longsleeve .
