Notes
Start at temp 15, DP -9; end at temp 17, DP -10. Met group at Fletchers, ran up towards Bethesda with Jamie, Jamey, Danielle, and Nicole for first 7, turned with the two Js to go back there. With about 3 to go, I picked it up, running 6:49 pace for last 3.5 (ran 8:40 for balance). Couldn't really do progression, since it wasn't until the last 3 miles that the asphalt was clear from snow.
One puff Foradil in am. Legs were a bit heavy at end.
