Notes

Temp of 38. Easy jogging on track, then drills and strides, then easy jogging on Custis to see how easy hills felt. Shin is 100%, which is awesome; calf muscle a bit tight. Had been weighing whether to do a 2x2 tempo, but decided to play it safe, given the calf tightness. Missing one more workout won't hurt me, and no reason to risk tweaking something else. Instead did easy run on Custis, and then did hard pool intervals.

Followed with strengthwork at gym - squats - 4x8 at 95, 115, 125, 135, and then 1x6 at 145; and good mornings - 1x10 at 95; 2x10 at 100.
