Temp 72, DP 71. Ran easy around track for 2 miles, then did loop of Washington/Glebe/Lee/Stafford for another 3. Right foot felt good, just a slight pull about mile 4. Left butt a bit touchy, but better than weekend.
After pool, followed with injury prevention work at golds, including squats (3x6 at 135, 155, 165)
