Notes
On treadmill with Stryd - started at calibration factor of 100.1 and then changed to 101.5.
Did the short hill/tempo workout:
Short hills - 70 seconds at incline of 4.5, speed of 9.0 (paces supposedly 6:30-6:35)
tempo - 10 minutes at incline of 1.0, speed of 9.2, increased in last minutes of second tempo. (paces supposedly 6:25 and 6:22)
recovery was 2:30 at incline of 1.0 and speed of 6.9. (paces supposedly 8:24-8:34)
Felt good. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, and salted watermelon and gingerade GUs - sat well.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar.
