Temp of 32 - nice weather. Workout was 4-6x1200, I did 4 in 4:37, 4:33, 4:24, 4:24.

I showed up with a bit of trepidation due to getting very little sleep last night, but ended up feeling OK. Could have done more, but decided from the start to limit it to 4 reps so as not to get myself into a hole -- I'm in need of a cutback anyway, so taking it this week (also kept cool-down jog short for same reason). Also, I apparently needed to do the last two slower.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including 4x8 squats at 115, 125, 135, 145; 3x10 good mornings at 95, and 2x5 single leg deadlifts at 12 pounds.

3 puffs of inhaler before. Did warm-up jog slow rather than progressive -- worked fine, since we kept the first rep very slow.
