Notes

On treadmill with Stryd - calibrated at 101.2 - pace 1 second slower than treadmill claimed.

Did the hill workout, keeping the paces slower because a) I'm out of shape and b) I wanted to be able to focus on left/right balance. Workout was:

2:00 at 3.0 incline, speed of 8.0 for first 2 reps, 8.2 for next 2 reps, 8.4 for next 2 reps, and 8.6 for final 2 reps.

1:30 recovery of 6.7 speed, 1.0 incline

0:30 stride at 9.5 speed, 1.0 incline

1:00 recovery of 6.7 speed, 1.0 incline

Left-right balance still a work in progress - very right dominant.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and salted watermelon GUs - sat well

Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing good.

Music was Zoltar Subterranean Podcast 894.

Fan ran out of battery at some point during workout, so was pretty hot at end.
