Temp 39, DP 35, wind from NW at 12 MPH.
Did a 3 mile tempo (21:04, split as 7:09/7:01//6:57) then did some 400s and 200s with equal distance recovery in 95, 96, 48, 47, 47, 47.
Felt like I was slipping on track at first.
L/R balance 47.7/52.3
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs and dark chocolate. Sat well.
Breathing good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
Wore tights and longsleeve - felt dressed correctly.
