Temp and DP 46, very light mist. Out and back on the towpath from Carderock - ran with Jamey, Susan, Marvin, Amy, and David for first miles, then hung with David until last 5.
Ran this progressive - averaged 9:12 for first 5 miles, then 7:52 for next 6; 7:04 for last 5 miles.
Breathing OK, though not perfect - Advair 250/50 in the morning.
Breakfast was berry stroopwafel, rice, hemp powder, root beer GU.
