Temp 60, DP 58 - a bit sticky. Since I'm racing on Sunday, I just did the first 3200m of the workout, and then did some more work on drills. Ran 12:37 for the 3200 - split 6:20/6:17. Afterwards, jogged over to Custis, and did 4 hill sprints, then back to car and pool. Felt pretty good.

Did one puff of Dulera in morning. Skipped heavy injury prevention work because of the race on Sunday. Got to the track 10 minutes earlier, which gave me time to do the drills.
