Temp/DP 62. Wind from NE at 9 MPH.
Did the track workout, parking myself at the rear so that I wouldn't get in anyone's way and trying to run as fast as I could relaxed. I split 5:38, 5:26, 3:24, 3:17, 3:15, and 93 for a workout of 2x1200, 3x800, 400. Just crazy. Not quite sure what is going on.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and berry GUs -sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue. Needed rescue.
