Temp 40, DP 33 wind of 3 mph from south.
From home, took Custis to W&OD down to Columbia Pike and back, then up towards East Falls Church and back. Drills and 2 hill strides after.
Felt good. Wore ankle brace; LR balance was 47.8/52.2, so quite off (but felt smooth).
Wore longsleeve and shorts - could have used handwarmers but was otherwise good.
Stryd calibrated to 100.5. Measuring slightly short.
