Temp 70, DP 68. Workout was 6-8x800. I was pacing for 8, but called it after 6, since the humidity was getting to me - George wanted those of us with late fall marathons not to push it. Splits were 3:04, 3:01, 2:57, 2:57, 2:56, 2:55.
Bad heartburn during last interval and especially after. I think it was just a bit of acid reflux.
Worked in a group with Dan, Ann, Evan, Sarah, new girl who's name I can't remember, Greg, and Jillian.
