Temp 63, DP 62, wind of 10 MPH from NE.
Did an 8K tempo at Yorktown. Started thinking I would do 6400m, but hit a relaxed rhythm and decided to stretch it out.
Did the tempo in 36:11 (7:25/7:18/7:16/7:11/7:01)
Track was slick and covered with many puddles.
Breakfast was rice, egg whites, smores and salted caramel GUs, and berry stroopwafel - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue - breathing tight at first and then fine.
L/R balance at 48.6/51.4
