Temp 58, DP 54. A bit of wind.

Workout was 400, 800, 1200, 1200, 800, 400, plus 2x200m at the end. Splits were 89, 2:55, 4:19, 4:22, 2:49, 79, and then 38 and 38. (everyone in my group was slower on the second 1200 - we think it was because of the wind picking up).

Felt lousy at first, but really good by end. Again, probably just too much sugar during breakfast.

Used 4 puffs of inhaler -- 2 before warm-up jog, and 2 10 minutes before workout. Lungs felt tight at start, but great at the end.

Followed with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (3x8 at 115, 135, 150), good mornings (2x10 at 105), single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 25) and dumbbell snatches (4x5 at 25)
