Temp 51, DP 50. Wind of 3 MPH from NW. Pollen of 4.8.

Jogged up to Yorktown and did a 4 mile track tempo in 26:40 (6:49/6:44/6:40/6:27). Followed with two 200s in 42 and 41. Legs felt tired from marathon training, but this felt smooth. Adios 2s felt like they might be nearing the end of their life. Also ran this a bit tentative and conservative until the last 1600, but that's OK - better too slow than too fast for a tempo.

Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, smores and vanilla GUs - sat well.

Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and 2 puffs of rescue before workout. Supposedly low pollen day but I still noted the pollen.
