Really nice conditions - 42 degrees, little wind.
Felt lousy at first; couldn't breath and had to hit inhaler before warm-up, and again during. Stomach also demanded Pepto. But the workout went fine -- splits were 6:02 for the 1600, and then the 800s in 2:54, 2:52, 2:52, and 2:51 (half distance recovery). Breathing was fine after the 1600, but my legs were definitely a bit weak on the last 800s -- indications that I've kept my aerobic fitness but lost some leg strength.
Ran with Jillian, Heather, and Jenny - the four of us were in lockstep for the whole workout.
Had a whole bunch of stiff muscles after workout (left calf, right calf, right post tib, left ITB) so skipped squats. Good mornings were 4x10 at 105
