DP and temp of 64.
A bit breezy. Did 5 mile tempo, but focused on being in the moment, staying relaxed, and even ignoring splits (figured when I got past 33 minutes, I'd have done 5 miles). Effort was a bit easier than in the past, but I've been close to racing these anyway.
Worked out well. Tempo was 34:06 for 8K (6:52 pace), splits of 6:51, 6:55 (traffic), 6:51, 6:52, 6:44.
During cooldown jog, did six 10 second hill sprints.
