Starting temp of 32, ending at 40. At Hains Point. Did 4 loops, progression style. Pace was 8:25 for first 5 miles, 7:36 for next 5, 6:49 for last 4.5. Ended up soloing most of this, since everyone else was doing longer, easy, or the pick-ups.
Marathon pace stuff felt a bit hard - probably both because it was a bit fast, and because I'm still fighting off last bit of cold. One puff Foradil in morning.
