Temp 71, DP 67. Pollen high. Interval workout on the track. Workout was 400/800/1200/1600/1200/800/400 - one of my favorites.
Ran 1:30, 3:02, 4:35, 6:09, 4:29, 2:59, 1:25, working in a group for most of them with Evan, Jessicas Chin and Roberts, Ann, and Sarah. Felt very controlled and like I was even going slightly too slow all the way through the first half of the 1600, then my chest tightened on me with about 600 to go - very frustrating. Managed to hang on through the 1600 and then puffed the inhaler, but felt really crappy from then on, and had a hard time picking it up at the end.
I'm annoyed, Puffed the Foradil before the workout, but it seems like I'm not getting a good dose or something.
Tripped outside of pool during cooldown jog, and face planted. No serious injury, just skinned knees and a Jay Leno style chin.
