Temp 71, DP 68. Jogged down to Iwo Jima from pool and did 8 hill repeats. Focused on power on the way up; turnover on way down. Workout went pretty well. Did 8 repeats.
Breathing was good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar 80.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, Smores and french toast Gus, and berry stroopwafel.
