Temp and DP of 55, light mist, some breeze. Definitely humid. But no pollen - yay.
Workout was 1600, 4x800, and then 2x200. Ran 5:55, 2:51, 2:50, 2:50, 2:49, and then 36 and 36. So, the fitness bounceback continues - a bit fitter each week. Ran at the tail end of the pack of Jillian, Heather, Nora, Laurel, Chris M, David, and Greg for most of the workout; did the 200s with Layth and Alex.
Followed up with injury prevention work at gym, including squats (some light weight sets working on perfect form, plus 2x6 at 135, 155) and single leg deadlifts (4x5 at 35).
