Temp 44, DP 30 - great weather. Did 6x800 in 3:03, 2:57, 2:57, 2:55, 2:56, 2:54. Made a point of resetting back each recovery, though it meant I cut the recovery short.
One puff dulera before. Breathing was great, even with the pollen.
