Temp 27, DP 11. Did 4x1200 in 4:37, 4:36, 4:34, 4:28 (times may be slightly off due to difficulty hitting Garmin buttons with mittens). Worked with Jamie Delcore and Chris Carney - we were the only ones on the track.

Kept the recoveries to 400m, which made the workout very aerobic.

Got started late, so short warm-up. Did fit in drills and four strides. Gait felt stiff - a combo of the cold and the lack of warm-up, I think.

Breathing OK - Advair 250/50 and one puff qvar. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, maple bacon and lemonade GUs. Sat well, though Christmas dinner from the night before was a bit heavy.
