Temp 45, dp 42, and a slight breeze at times.

Very good run. Did a faster paced warm-up (same as I did on Tuesday) and I think it helped a lot) Just focused on staying relaxed and in the zone - the more I relaxed, the more pace I picked up. Ended up tacking on another 800m at the end to take advantage of the fact I was having a good run.

Toughest thing about these is the boredom -- that's what I need to be focusing on.

Splits were 6:56, 6:45, 6:41, 6:37, 6:33, and then the extra 800m at 6:20 pace. 5.5 miles in 36:42 for 6:43 pace.

At the gym, did squats - 3x8 at 105, 115, 125, 2x4 at 130, 135. Also 2x10 good mornings at 85
