Temp 43, DP 40, wind from east at 6 mph.
WL track was blocked by band practice, so I shifted to Yorktown/Greenbriar. The workout was 3x10 seconds hill sprints with full recovery up 27th St, then 2x1600 with 1 lap jog. Then back to the hill for 6x30 seconds, rotating through easy/moderate/hard twice, before returning to the track for a final 2x1600.
Splits for the 1600s were 7:07, 7:02, 6:55, and 6:51. 2:0x to 2:5x job between the 1600s, and between track and hills.
L/R balance at 48.8/51.2
Breakfast was rice, sunflower butter, chocolate clif gel and salted caramel GU - sat well.
Breathing was very good - Advair 250/50 and Qvar
