Temp 39, DP 36, very slight wind. Did a 4 mile tempo in 26:45 - split 6:48/6:44/6:42/6:31. Basically soloed it. Felt good - tried to keep it an honest tempo effort, rather than overrun it.
Cooled down with Layth, then ran over to Custis MM 2 for hill sprints before jogging to gym and home.
Advair 250/50 and Qvar for breathing; breathing OK. Tri-berry GU, hemp powder, and brown rice for breakfast, plus chocolate stroopwafel.
