Temp 33, DP 19. Nice weather. From home, took Custis to W&OD south to Carlin Springs/4 Mile Run intersection, then turned and came back, continuing to MM 2 on the Custis. Stopped there and did 4 hill sprints, then took Monroe to 14th to Nelson to 10th to Monroe to 7th before continuing around Golds.
