Starting temp 69, DP 68; ending temp 83, DP 74. Wind of 5 MPH from south. Pollen of 8.2 Air quality was moderate - 65.
From Fletchers, ran into Rock Creek and back. Ran with new girl Eva (?), Damien, Juan, and some others on the way out; solo-ed on the way back. This one sucked, just because the heat was getting to me from the start. Ended up draining my water bottle repeatedly and taking repeated water stops. Also used my inhaler several times, since Rock Creek was setting me off.
Split this one as the first 5 at 8:49 (too fast); next 6.5 at 8:02; next 5 at 7:46.
Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, lemonade and smores GUs - sat well. Caffienated Maurten at mile 7.
Breathing was Advair 250/50, Qvar, and several doses of rescue inhaler. Breathing a bit tight.
L/R balance at 48.2/51.8. Taped ankles.
Wore arm-coolers.
