Temp 61, DP 54. Did three sets of 1200, 400 - 400m recovery after 1200s, "out and back" recovery after 400s. Different workout from the norm - a bit hard to figure out how to pace it. But a good challenge, and I felt like it was targeting my weaknesses, which was good.

Worked with Chris C., Rachel, and Alex F. We had a good pack. Splits were 4:29, 83, 4:27, 86, 4:24, 81. Hammered the last 400.

Breathing was a bit tight for the first 1200, and then fine. On Advair 250/50. Breakfast was rice, hemp powder, salted caramel GU, and chocolate stroopwafel.

A bit bloated and off - I felt this way on Monday also. Not sure if something at Sunday's dinner triggered something, or if it's just a reaction to being off of Clarinex.
