Temp/DP 29; no wind.
Did a solo workout of 2x1200, 3x800 (had option of 2 or 3), 400, 2x200, all with 400 jogging recovery. Splits were 4:43, 4:40, 3:10 (fell asleep), 3:05, 3:04, 88, 43, and 41. Recoveries ranged from 2:2x to 2:5x.
Felt a bit cold and stiff for this one - wore a longsleeve and tights, but maybe should have worn more? Breathing really good though.
L/R balance not bad at 48.6/51.4. Wore ankle braces.
Breakfast was rice, hemp power, smores and berry GUs - sat well.
Breathing was Advair 250/50 and Qvar - breathing very good.
Stryd calibrated at 100.5 - was measuring long.
