8 "in-n-outs" of 150m; then 4 200m at repetition pace, then a 400m at VO2 Max pace, then 4 200m at repetition pace, and then 4 more in-n-outs. Legs were getting very tired at end, throwing my form off and tweaking my plantar fascia, so I cut the last 4 in-n-outs.
